Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center

The Championship is conveniently located on two levels of the convention center which is connected to the hotel via an enclosed walkway. It is truly a vacation destination unlike any other.

You'll be awestruck by the resort's signature glass dome, where the Florida experience is showcased in all its glory from the history and old-world charm of St. Augustine to the colorful and festive island spirit of Key West, to the mysterious waters and cypress of the Everglades. 

The Gaylord Palms Resort also has a 9-hole Pro Putting Course, a Sand Volleyball Court, and a Bocce Court. These new attractions are located in the grassy areas surrounding the Piazza and the South Beach pool.  Everything but the Putting Course is complimentary to all guests.

The Gaylord Palms offers a variety of eateries, restaurants, shops, swimming pools, a full service spa, and nearby golf courses and attractions. The hotel is located just five minutes from the main gates of the Walt Disney World Resort.

Orlando World Center Marriott Resort  
This world-class property is every bit as thrilling and breathtaking as the host destination. Find yourself in the midst of Orlando's legendary theme parks and attractions, where adventure and excitement become a part of a fun-filled stay.

The Orlando World Center Marriott Resort is conveniently located only five minutes from the Gaylord Palms and the main gates of the Walt Disney World Resort. Those purchasing a COA Travel Package will receive a pass for shuttle bus service between the Orlando World Center Marriott and Gaylord Palms Resort. Others may purchase a shuttle bus pass for $15 each.  There is a large on-site practice room for athletes staying at this location. 

As a guest of the Orlando World Center Marriott, you will be treated to a world of privilege and comfort. The resort features five (5) swimming pools (1 indoor) including a large freeform pool with waterfalls and slides, nine (9) restaurants, a full service Spa and Health Club, and a new retail corridor and food court.  Mention COA and take advantage of a 20% food discount when dinning at the Food Court, Solaris, and Champions restaurants.

Airlines
Book your flights early. COA has designated AirTran, Frontier, Southwest, and US Airlines as the official carriers for the COA ULTIMATE National Championship. The dates fall during the Easter Holiday so book your flight as soon as possible to secure the best possible fares.

AirTran Airways
AirTran Airways is offering a 10% discount on the lowest available AirTran fares.  AirTran discounts do not apply to web fares.  In order to take advantage of this special program, contact the AirTran Airways Event Savers Desk at 1-866-683-8368 and provide the Reservations Representative with Event Code: MCO 031208.

Frontier Airlines
Frontier Airlines is offering two options to best accommodate your travel needs: 
1.  Frontier’s Meeting & Convention Services Department is offering a 10% discount on all online and phone reservations.  For more information, log on to www.Frontierairlines.com and provide the Reservations Representative with Event Code: B446FV and begin saving today.  
2. Frontier’s Group Rate, although not a discounted fare option, guarantees groups of 10 or more to be booked on the same flight, with a $40 deposit per person.  Final confirmation of names is not required until three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled date of departure.

Southwest Airlines
Southwest Airways is offering an opportunity to save between 5% and 10% on fares for 10 or more tickets.  To speak with a Southwest Representative regarding your reservation, please call 1-800-433-5368.  Please note that pricing information will not be available until October 2007. 

US Airways
US Airways does not offer discounted prices, however, they will guarantee groups of 10 or more to be booked on the same flight, with a $25 nonrefundable deposit per person.  To speak with a US Airways Representative, please contact the Reservations Department directly at 1-877-874-7687 for assistance.

Airport Transfers from/to the Orlando International Airport
Hello Florida has been designated as the official transportation provider for attendees of the COA ULTIMATE National Championship. Airport transfers must be purchased directly with Hello Florida and are only available to the Gaylord Palms Resort and the Orlando World Center Marriott.  Click HERE to book your airport transfers.

Rental Cars & Vans
COA has designated Avis as the official rental company for the COA ULTIMATE National Championship and is offering discounted rates to all attendees.  To make a reservation and receive discounted rates, you must contact Avis at 1-800-331-1600 or www.avis.com (Refer to Avis AWD#: T226299).

COA Shuttle Bus Service
Shuttle Bus Passes are only available to people registering with COA and staying at the Orlando World Center Marriott or the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center. COA Shuttle Buses do not run to the Walt Disney World Resort or other Orlando attractions. Shuttle buses only run between the Orlando World Center Marriott and the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center.

If you purchase a COA Shuttle Bus Pass or a COA Package, you will be issued a pass which entitles you to unlimited use of the COA Shuttle Buses throughout the COA ULTIMATE National Championship weekend. Children 5 years and under do not need a Shuttle Bus Pass.  The shuttle bus pick-up/drop-off spot at the Gaylord Palms Resort is located on the lower level of the convention center and at the main entrance of the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort. Shuttle Bus times are subject to change and buses normally operate on a 30 minute frequency, so plan accordingly.
